Moderate to mild dirt:
Spot cleaning with warm water and gentle soap
If they need a deep clean…
Machine wash*:
- Remove the laces and insoles
- Place shoes in a small wash pouch
- Wash on delicate/gentle with cold water & mild detergent
- Shake out any excess water & set aside to air dry (NEVER dry it with hot air)
- Shoes will regain their original shape with one or two wears
*Wash ONLY on a limited basis
*Do NOT wash the shoes with other clothes, shoes, especially light-colored items

If for any reason you need to exchange an item(s), we are happy to help. Please note that we currently do not offer returns, and refunds are only applicable when we are unable to fulfill an order, such as when an item is out of stock.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item(s), you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@thegazelle.hk with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s) to us.
Please note the following:
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- The item(s) must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
- All shipping fees associated with the exchange are bound by the customer, except when the item(s) were damaged or defective upon arrival.
- If you choose to bring the item(s) back to our showroom, there will be no additional fees.
- Exchanges will be processed within 2-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). In case the item(s) for exchange is out of stock, a full refund will be given.
- We only offer ONE exchange per order.
- All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable when we are unable to fulfill an order. If you have placed an order that we are unable to fulfill, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss a refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following types of items:
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn or used
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item(s), please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You can contact us at info@thegazelle.hk with photos of the defect, your order number, and your contact information. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s) to us, and we will cover all shipping fees associated with the exchange.
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue a refund within 14 business days of notifying you.
